Ordering:
Where is my order?
Once a tracking number is available we email it to you directly. You can either
go to the shipping site and enter your tracking number, or login to your
account on our site.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you
need to cancel your order, or change the shipping address, please contact
customer service as soon as possible by filling out our ‘Contact Us’ form.
How do I exchange my order?

Can I combine orders?
At this time we are unable to combine orders.
When will my order ship?
Each individual product page has its own shipping time frame. In general, orders
ship within 1-2 business days.
Inventory:
Why do you have only a few items for some teams?
We are continuously adding new products to our store; so check back frequently.
We are always looking to expand our selection and are constantly adding new
brands.
I do not see my size, why? Where
applicable, sizes will be shown on the product page. If your size is not in the
drop-down list, that means we are currently sold out.
Why
was my order canceled? We are constantly updating inventory
levels on a daily basis. Sometimes we do miss products, or they do not update
properly. We strive for a perfect inventory level.
Why
is this item on your site but it is not available? We keep all products on the site, even
those that are out of stock. This is so our customers know what we have to
offer, and so the product will not have to be re-entered every time it becomes
available again.
Are
the product pictures identical to what I will receiver? We take every effort to make sure
our pictures are the exact same as the product. Sometimes items may vary
slightly.
Shipping:
Can I ship to multiple locations on
the same order?
No. Items that need to go
to separate locations should be ordered separately. We do not have the
capability to ship to several addresses on one order.
Why do some items take a longer time
to ship?
We deal with many manufacturers that ship products directly to you. The manufacturers
have agreed to shipping time frames. These time frames can be viewed on the
products page, located right under the picture of the item. Expedited Shipping
is available for these items, however we cannot speed up the manufacturing
process.
Payment, Security & Privacy:
What
payment methods do you accept? We currently accept MasterCard,
Visa, Discover and American Express via PayPal. You do not have to have an
account to place an order through PayPal. We also accept Credit Cards through Google
Checkout.
What
security do you have? We use Google Checkout and PayPal to
process our Credit Cards. Both gateways use a state of the art 128-bit
encryption. Any information entered on our site also uses the same technology. We want you to feel 100% safe and secure when shopping with us, so
we only use the best technology.
What
is your Privacy Policy? Protecting our customer’s personal
information is a priority of Burner Sports. We take every precaution necessary
to ensure that we are the only ones that have your information. For more

Do
you offer Gift Certificates? At this time we do not offer Gift
Certificates. However, within the next few months we will be implementing this
as a form of payment for our products.
